Welcome to Omera Firmware. By accessing or using our CLI, VS Code Extension, or Cloud Services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

Omera Firmware is an AI-assisted embedded co-design platform providing EDA netlist analysis, firmware generation, compilation, simulation, and safety verification.

2. User Responsibility & AI Limitations

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All source code proposals generated by Omera 3.6 are references only. The user assumes sole responsibility for reviewing, compiling, simulating, and validating firmware on physical hardware. Do not deploy unverified AI output in safety-critical systems (medical, aerospace, hazardous industrial automation). OmeraCode does not replace standard compliance certification processes (CE, FCC, ISO, IEC).

3. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscription tiers are provided on a monthly cycle. Payments and order fulfillments are handled globally by our authorized distributor, Paddle (Merchant of Record). By initiating a transaction, you agree to Paddle's checkout terms and refund policies.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights to the schematics, netlists, and code written by you or proposed by the AI for your projects. OmeraCode retains all rights to the CLI, Extension, AI routing, and analysis algorithms.

5. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing portal. Access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
